Self-Reliant Advocacy's 4 A's philosophy:
Future client's can self refer or be supported by their SDRC coordinator to make a referral for our services. The Self Reliant Advocacy team will start the intake assessment in conjunction with key support staff.
We provide education, advocacy, and case management to assist clients and their entire support team in making and implementing life decisions based on a client's personal preferences and needs. We help our clients structure and maintain a stable home life in a private home of choice, typical of other non-institutional, non-licensed homes in the community in which persons without disabilities might live. We assist our clients in maintaining a social environment while living in their private home and engaging in independent living skills such as personal hygiene, safety, healthy lifestyle habits, and meal planning.
